The same thing is in battlefield, our tanks and helicopters have a fully working HUD telling us information that isn't needed like our speed and we have to press space to vault over things. I'm not sure I am seeing exactly where you are going.

Thats fine. I'll see you guys in Battlefield. You'll be playing that a lot more than Arma without a doubt.

No one ever argued that. ;)

Do you not like the idea of us potentially liking Arma 3?

I'm confused as to why you're acting so butthurt.

I don't understand why we can't have opinions on the matter. Some might like it, others don't. I for one enjoy watching it, but dread the thought of playing it... I'd much rather be playing BF3 or 4 or even pong... But, everyone is entitled to theirs :)

I'm fine with you liking it, but you don't, and thats where the "butthurt" (read: confusion) comes from. I'm not steam friends with you Ghost, but Kowl has whopping 2.5 hours played. You guys come on the forums talking about how awesome it is, but it doesn't seem like any of you actually give that much of a shit about it beyond singing its praises here. I need Nicole to get under the bus with me, because she's noticed exactly the same thing.

I'm trying to look out for the people that come on here and read great things and then dump money into a mediocre, buggy tech demo thats depicted on here like the shining light atop the hill. A game being "fun" is obviously a matter of personal opinion, but its technical state is not.

When was the last time you played? Most of the bugs that are a big deal have been removed. Every so often the server will crash or you hit a desync but they are rare.

You are right, fun is decided differently from person to person, but the same goes for someone dislike. If a person goes just off text to buy it, it's not our problem. They should have done more research or know they could be laying down money on a risky investment.

Please don't go taking a shot at game time. Different players get into the grove and like games at different rates. The time you are seeing is what you see on my account, when I play it is usually at a friends house on their computer due to my Internet being highly unstable.

Now, are you alright? Ghost and I both have a feeling of anger behind your words.

I believe Ghost played ArmA 2, but as far as ArmA 3 it hasnt been very accessible as of yet. The game technically isnt even released yet so that would be why not many have actual time wit h it. Most are speaking from ArmA 2 experience, and the overall system is the same in ArmA 3 but much improved.

Kowl and I just played a 3 hour mission. The only bug I saw were player models lagging behind the vehicles they were being carried in. Other wise it was a solid experience and everyone in the server, including people we didn't know, were working together to kick ass.

    Good times.

I do think everyone around here talks this game up alot. Any video of Arma 2 or 3 I have seen ended up boring me to no end.
