    Just a thought.
Would anyone be interested in setting up weekly dueling events?

Rough around the edges but this is what we can do:

    2v2
    RB mode
    One pair picks the tier
    Second pair picks the nation
Both pairs pick their favorite planes in that tier and nation
No bombers, no heavy fighters, no planes with tail gunners. Twin engine fighters are ok.

    Playing 3-5 rounds.

    Winners get bragging rights.
If this gets off the ground, we will come up with some kind of rewards and ladder or tourney kind of system.
As of right now, the winners will have a "Duels won #" under their forums signature.

The amount of wins will be recorded per player and not the pair.
    For example:
Today I fly with Ajax, next weeks Ajax is MIA and I decide to fly with Waffles. It's totally fine because the wins are recorded per player. This way there is no commitment to the team.

I like it. Sounds fun. I'm sure I'll suck, but I'm game.

Sucking or not, this is for fun and we will not be tracking losses. Wins only.
As for myself, once this gets off the ground, I will be working on setting this up for SB as well. Our AB and RB crowd outnumbers SBers so we'll start with RB. Doing this in AB setting doesn't really make sense IMO.

All I ask from you guys, and by YOU GUYS, I mean those of us who actually read the forums, please pass the word around and hopefully more people will register on the website, including new recruits.

Please post some idea, that is if you have any, how we can make it better and those of you who are interested, also post days and times so we can have an idea as to when to set it up.

Sounds like it could be interesting. Are premium planes allowed? While it would seem wrong to exclude the Boomerangs under the Brits, it would feel pointless to call tier 2 Japs for the opposing team only to face 2 Jap bf-109e3's.

I think that if both pairs flew the same planes, it would work just fine.
We can set some kind of guidelines as oppose to rules and be flexible about it.
After all there is a large variety of planes, there are lots of choices.

Speaking of premium, Spitfire is on sale today.

    So far we got:

    Highlander
    Doomforge
    Glissen
    XErnstX

    That's 2 pairs right there :)

When do you guys want to set this up?
Can anyone of you record it?
    Choice of planes?
    Screenshots please :)

We can use this thread to get all that stuff out of the way and than later use it as an example.

I know that Doomforge travels a lot for work and such and Highlander's wife tells him what to do :) so for this week, we got Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
I'm assuming it will be in the evening so please reply in this format

    Tier of choice -
    Country of choice -
    Time and day -
