    One advantage of using feet for distance that I've noticed is that it's a bit easier to judge closure rates due to the greater precision of the readout (you know as soon as a target moves 1 foot towards or away from you instead of having to wait until it moves 10 meters to see a change in the distance). Overall though, both are perfectly functional and I doubt it's worth the effort to try and mandate a particular measurement system squadron wide.

    The one exception is those of us in the RB Competative/Squadron Battles group. We don't have to have the conversation here but we really need to get everyone on the same page so half the squad doesn't have to do math every time someone calls out a height or distance.

    No worries, looking back I think you just forgot to say total. Because total metres would be about three times smaller than the equivalent total feet.
