You think that he is really enjoying that people are leaving and that there is no other reason behind why he didn't "like" someone's post?

I think it's odd that a "Community Leader" would like a post deriding that same community and I think it's fair that it be questioned. The moment our leaders are above being questioned is the moment nobody should be led by them.

Maybe so He that he read it, or 100 other reasons, I get asking why but making the assumption that he he likes that people are leaving? I don't get why that was something that was even thought of, posted by anyone.

I think Jaam liked it because gregfox was being honest with his opinion. We need more people to come forward with an honest opinion especially in this thread. It's apparent that there's more problems here than we thought.

No one is saying they can't be questioned.

    But why assume?
To load the question, meaninglessly. Had he simply just asked, hey why would you like this post? It would have served the same purpose of asking it the way he did, without the teenage angst-y melodramatic overtone.

The reason I liked Gregs post is because he is following what he wants to do and pursuing what makes him happy, even if it means not being here. He said how he feels, and that he doesn't feel that this is the right place for him. Why force him to stay? Why not like his honesty?

If you guys need some one to explain themselves over and over again because you don't understand their intentions nor course of actions, imo perhaps you should talk to them... like a social being.

EDIT: And lets be clear that I am in no way trying to push people out. The assumption Ghost made as well was that since I "liked" a post that some one was leaving means that "I like to watch people leave" is completely unfounded, logical fallacy. I am free to "like" whichever post I do, and should be able to do so without being judged. What kind of community atmosphere are we setting once we start doing that?

I saw no assumptions being made, I saw two questions being posed. Let the man answer the questions. I'm really not liking the defensiveness here.

Yes, and just because people leave it's not a bad thing. If he had NOT left and still felt the way he did, all it would do for the community is bring us down and tear us apart. There are MOST CERTAINLY other people who I wish had the courage and honesty that Greg does to follow his ambitions and realize that maybe NNG isn't for them.

Again, it is not a bad thing that people leave, so long as they leave on their own terms.

Wow, wrong way to answer this man. Ghost had a legitimate question. If it was just an assumption he wouldn't have asked it at all. This is the kind of crap that people don't like Jaam. You don't insult people for daring to question you, and you sure as hell don't mock the method in which they do it. You need to be more transparent, and you need to understand that having things done in the open is better for everyone. If Ghost didn't ask it, someone else would have, or worse yet, wouldn't have even bothered to ask it.
