Also, I'm inclined to believe any remarks made on twitter, no matter how racist, don't affect the EULA agreement for ps2.

 

Actually he is banned or got a suspension. He was raging about it on Twitter the other day.

 

wow you mean I cause over 2000 saves with only 3 hours of play time this weekend. Yep that would do it.

 

You are right DiscoPotato SOE can not do anything directly to the person regarding his comments on twitter as far as his PS2 account.

Although as Jaamaw says they can pull up his entire history of his chat log and get him that way for any racist or derogatory comments that violate the EULA for PS2

So really if you think about it, you best just to remember the old phrase if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
