    i could be wrong but i don't think we will have an issue with copyright on the decal, being that the three we see listed in the OP all had the TR logo... as far as the shirts go i don't know (i still doubt we would have an issue)

    Dunno man, them NC, they're awful fellows of disreputable intent. Regardless, we're scientists in spandex, ethics? ha! Laws? Ha! (Seriously though SOE will be putting them based on our designs and stuff like that, copyright infringement within the very thing they're copyrighted from? It would be like having the simpsons watching the simpsons and Matt Groening deciding to sue himself)

    I think you really start to get into legal trouble when you use someone's trademarked or copyrighted property to your own financial benefit. We should be good here.

    Absolutely. I've been pushing for this for a couple weeks now ever since T-Ray has announced he will start accepting outfit decals. Now that I am "Back" we should seriously start considering a Logo for ourselves to Represent us in PlanetSide 2. The Idea I had already Pitched to Jaam was our usual NNG type with the words NoNonsenseGamers underneath it. And as far as the rules of this decal go, I will talk to T-Ray about them and will get them to you guys ASAP. But considering some of the TR decals he posted to his twitter a couple days ago, had the Terran Republic Logo on them, I doubt the Vanu logo on our decal will be an issue. But still. I will talk to T-Ray.

    really has no relevance to the topic but I liked this and wanted to show it. Continued tinkering with the first decal I made, again I don't think this would work very well for our in game decal.
