How about making a new thread on the main forums about the changed meeting time instead of replying to a thread about how often we should have outfit meetings?

I feel like that would make a lot more sense.

 

I'd say the current system seems pretty effective, seeing as no one on teamspeak knew about that announcement.

Right. It's everyone's fault no one got the announcement. There was no problem with the delivery at all.

 

Also note that until you get bumped to full member, you may not see that there was a meeting thread (I had no idea Sunday meetings were even A Thing until I got bumped to member about a month after I applied)

 

Oddly enough, Tuesday worked great for me. I can usually never make it Friday or the weekend.

 

There was no failure in delivery on the threads half. It was everyone in TS asking about it who failed to try and double check. Every time there has been a change, Jaamaw has posted it in tht thread or told us to check the thread to keep up to date with meeting times. There were only two errors: (1) the conflict between the outfit message and (2) everyone's inability to check the thread.

If you don't check the forums to keep up to date with what is happening and when, you are the one at fault. The only excuse it what Ellipson said about it being the the members only section.

 

That was my fault. It should have been changed or an officer should have changed it.

and as far as this goes... MOST people did know. It seems like there were a few people who were out of the loop and are upset about it. Just relax and next time it won't be an issue.
