wow... this would release after I spent HOURS with Google Documents and trial & error figuring everything there is to know about the .ini and optimizing it fantastically.

COOL NVIDIA. DID YOUR WHOLE JOB FOR YOU BUT WHATEVERRRR

and to everyone who I gave my .ini file to you can totally confirm that shit rocks.

wow thats badass! So am I safe to trust GeForce Experience, or should I crack open my .ini again and do it all myself? I used to do it all myself and max out FPS but then I tested out GeForce Experience and fell in love with the better looks. PS2 is so much more fun with the res pumped up.

I agree sergeant. The game is so pretty when maxed out using the nvidia tool.

My problem is that it is way too hard with all the effects to actual see enemies! I blame the old eyes.

Sorry about my absence as well everyone. Work has been getting in the way. (I make sure i log in everyday to keep the outfit stats looking good)

The good about this tweak, is to see what options have a huge, medium or little impact in your frame rates.

Things you can change that has a huge impact in your frame rates:(you can turn off or lower it to its minimum, i don't like to play games with resolution not equal the one is native to my OS, so resolution i don't change).
Screen resolution, render quality, gpu physics, graphics quality, shadow quality.

Things you can change that has a medium impact in your frame rates: (you can put this ones in medium quality).
Fog shadows, flora quality, model quality, particles, motion blur, ambient occlusion, render distance.

Things you can change that has a minor impact in your frame rates: (you can max out here).
Texture quality, lightning quality, effects quality (this one improves as you increase quality).

I have this problem too, when the game is maxed out, friends and foe looks like the same, if I am able to spot them. Cuz all the high quality textures makes them blend. The solution is using thermal in vehicle weapons and IR in the infantry weapons. But you always loose a second going to ADS.

I've played on the highest settings possible since I started playing this game. So I don't notice these issues however, I have noticed that when I switch my settings to low (every once and a while I'll do it just for shits and giggles, and the nostalgic PS1 look of it) I usually rock 80+ fps and omfg its almost unfair. I noticed people sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easily and after practicing for months with allllllllll the effects blocking my view and still doing very well, on Low it's like a joke. there is an explosion, half the size of the character models, and I just go to town. Some times if I'm feeling very competitive I will sabotage my settings and watch my stats just inflate.

My vision is just terrible so any added explosions and effects really screw with me.

I wish I could be competitive with them on but when I do, I end up paying more attention to the sparks and less attention to the people actually shooting me.

A trick ppl use in competitive fps game is lower the screen resolution.
Dong it, the model becomes larger and you can spot it faster and easier, not mentioning headshoting become very easy.
Ppl usualy would play at 640x480 or 800x600.
I noticed this when playing at 1600x1050.

Might I be able to get a copy of that please? Haven't touched my .ini in weeks and performance is getting less stable in ps2 for me.
