I agree with you 100%, 100 years from now people will think we were a bunch of idiots for some of the things we put in our food and how we burned dead material and all the entropy we cause. Hell, our bodies aren't even that efficient at making ATP. Electron transport chain is as good as it gets and that's only 40% efficient, the rest is entropy.

I personally smoke tobacco, I know what it does to me on a molecular level. I can describe the entire immune response. The fact is I am addicted and also under such stress ( poor reason). I've quit 5 times once for over 9 months. I am hoping soon I will quit again and for good. I know smoking is terrible and if I don't quit soon it can claim me.

I am simply pointing out that a common fallacy among many pot smokers is it's good for you. I am in no way going to/want to change your use of it or how you feel, that is for you to decide.

    Normal cell
I'll go in detail about "p53" ( you have to know basics of biology if you are to understand this or you'll be googling all day).

At the G1 stage of "growth of a cell". "p53" in a normal setting has nothing to due and breaks down.

If DNA damage occurs CDK phosphorylates begin to rise in the nucleus p53 binds to DNA attempting to repair. If repair Is successful phosphorylates decrease, if not apoptosis. Also other conditions like "RB" check for proper nutrients. threw out the g1 and g2 checkpoints.

The cell will either fix it self or digest itself and lyse.

    Abnormal cell:

    A. Cell begins g1. g1 goes unchecked by CDK phosphorylates, DNA is damaged= cancer

    B. G1 check passes p53 is present however "RB' is signaling the cell is good for nutrients. Cell enters G2 checkpoint and mitosis, damaging the DNA = cancer.

    Immune response:

    Abnormal cell

the ECM releases MHC response, Monocytes and lymphocytes respond. Destroying caner cell. usually a NK Lymphocytes responds or cytotoxic killer T cell. At this point Cytokinesis has usually occurred.

    Abnormal cell B:

MHC response is negative. NK cells can still pick it up, but sometimes they don't. You have unfreted tumor growth.

My hope IS TO engineer Nk cells, that kill tumors/virus tis already in the works with immunotherapy http://www.cancer.org/treatment/tre...notherapy/immunotherapy-what-is-immunotherapy
I hope I broke it down easy enough for you. You also wouldn't know the specifics like I would, you're working more organic chemistry which can be used in a variety of other fields besides medicine.

And protein syntheses is carried out by the rough ER, Ribosomes . I'll make it easy. nuclear pore(Mrna)>ribsome>Srp Halt>polypeptide> Srp leaves>Enzyme removes SP> Ribsomes and MRna break> PP folds in the ER.
    Organelles responsible: nucleus>Rough ER>Ribsomes>Golgi Apparatus>exocytosis

I bet you can tell my why distilled water is the fastest way to re-hydrate?

Amazing how this went from manslaughter to biochemistry, most definitely a great feat.

Anyway, we don't have juries over here. We got a judge. If you don't like the outcome, you ask a higher judge to do it all over again.
He'd definitely be convicted by our laws though. Over here, it's illegal to hit a burglar with slightly more than necessary force if he doesn't want to go away...

Hahah Didn't mean to de-rail, just had to educate. Hopefully what I said makes sense to Patrick. I can't explain it any better without finding real laypeople articles that are usually not accurate.

Piers Morgan got his butt beat by Robert Zimmerman. Shame on MSNBC saying not guilty not innocent. Al sharpten and perry are full of it. Not to mention the comments about 12 year old afraid to get out of bed what idiots.

It is just a fucked up situation that could have been avoided, and in the future should be avoided. Lethal force needs to stop being the "go to" option.

Thx for the link ghost. It highlights the reason I started to completely avoid the MSM years ago.

What I find funny though, is I've seen nothing on this case during the last year on facebook. This thread pops up 2 nights ago, cluing me in a bit. And then, after the verdict is known, my facebook newsfeed goes absolutely crazy. And nearly without exception, you can sort the reactions down the lines of those that want gun control and those that fight it.

I'm still no expert in the case, and basically only know what I've seen in this thread and what I've seen in your link. And while the link says race is the main political agenda, I still say that had he been convicted, the case would have been used as another stepping stone to dis-arm this country.

Ghostsheets is on the money, he and I would get along real well about majority of reporting is agenda/lobby/etc based.

Linch shocked about that, My fiance' and I got into a huge argument last year about this case when Zimmerman got officially arrested after Sharpton, Jessie Jackson and Obamas inquiries, which assigned a special prosecutor.

She didn't talk to me for two days because I told her he's gonna walk if they charge him with murder and now she agrees with me after showing her the real FACTS.

It's a combination of hop topics aka sensationalism, race, gun control not to mention casey anthoney just ended.
