    I wouldn't recommend Samsung for an SSD. Look into the OCZ line of SSDs

    The only difference between ivybridge/haswell i7s and i5s are that the i7s are hyperthreaded, which will give you absolutely no benifit in gaming. Save yourself some money and get an i5, the 3570k is good enough.

    With your current system, I would only upgrade board, cpu and video card. What's your budget?

    hm yeah good point. i5 is good enough. I'll research it a bit. Yeah I'm only spending on cpue board and vid. Though I really want a new new case and liquid cooling lol :3 Right now I'm pretty much on target with budget of 1k

    Samsung makes the memory that other SSD makers use to make their SSDs, infact they have stated that they will bin their memory chips in favor of their own SSDs first, and take the fastest ones for themselves. Samsung SSDs are well worth getting. The 840 is a great drive and is a top performer.

    OCZ is a top player now since they are fully in house with their controllers and firmware. Vertex 3 is a screamer and still a good buy (their last sandforce controller drive), I would skip the Vertex 4 and go straight to the 450 if you can.

    wow that's an awesome build. Now you use one liquid cooling radiator at the top? That's a lot of cool lookign cords in there xD never really seen something like that

    for some reason the other day, I was rewiring my rig, and when I was done and powered it on...fired up, then died...the fired up again...then died lol. I was worried I may have twisted or snapped a cable, or somethign on the mother board is shorting/busted. Day later it works fine O.o I have a Corsair 850W Gold, and it's built really sturdy...so I'm hoping it's the mother board, since I'm getting a new one of those anyway lol
