Just a heads up to everyone here. I'm running for Gaijin's new "Player council", a group of players who will directly talk to the developers themselves to bring community issues and solutions directly to them. Basically the hell job without pay, putting up with the devs but now having to listen to the community bitching at you too. Anyway, here's a couple forum sections over on the WT forums to keep an eye on. You should vote for me. Just saying, a guy who doesn't take BS would be a good thing. You have answered all the questions really well and you've got a great attitude. +1 for sure. Good luck!
Well spoken Sirus. And good for you. You kinda sound like Bill Clinton or GWB when your talking. Leadership roles, especially in a gaming community I'm sure are never easy but necessary if a game is going to develop and grow. I'd think about roles like this in the NNG or such, except that I get my fill and then some already. I very much enjoy the role and my involvement in major decision making processes. But I also take blood pressure meds and sleep about 4-5 hr a night, and sometimes have to spend time with our Atty General's office (the lawyers). Warthunder and other games are an outlet and I enjoy sitting back and just being the good, if sometimes cynical soldier role. Good luck in your campaign. You have my support PS. It's "except". Not "ezcept". I work for a grammar and spelling Nazi, and subsequently have become one.
Signature on the WT forums points out that I have a broken keyboard for a reason. Laptop has no "Ecks" key anymore. I have to keep "c" bound to paste on it.
