My Defender Cobra M5 showed up at my office today. I may need to take the rest of the day off!

I'll upload pics when I get home since I can't be on websites like this with my work PC.

The base looks kinda plain but the stick itself looks very solid. Let me know how it works out for you.
It looks like you may need a gaming pad for additional controls.

Hooked this bad boy up and off the bat, way smoother and more accurate than my old MS Sidewinder Pro. I can see it right now. One you've gone magnentic (hall) sensor, you'll never go back to old fashion potentiometers. It is heavy duty plastic for the most part except the base plate, which must be cast iron. Feels like it weighs a pound. Very heavy. On a flat surace you have no need to bolt it down unless you want too. The stick doesn't go anywhere on it's own. Other thing I'm really liking is the dualstage trigger that can be two - single stage trigger depending on how you place your finger. I'll send another pic. For now, I'm just trying to figure out my button set up. I'll have a report later on how it is in WT and ED. /fu bro
