In an effort to add variety and improve the guild tempo, I am adding a pvp-centric event to our calendar each week, for now on Thursday nights. The scale of such operations will depend on player attendance, availability of our allies and the whims of the platoon leader. Last night we began with 3 clipper teams and focused on tackling enemy ships to set up for a kill. It was a fun evening on the seas and I think we improved our abilities and experience in tackling enemy ships (and also stole 8 trade packs and 2 Tuna!). I am open to suggestions for different things we can do, from naval combat, freedich camping, Auroria raiding (when that comes out), to halcyona pvp and hasla combat. My goal is to have fun, but at the same time, give our guild more pvp experience so we know how to handle ourselves against equal or greater numbered foes. Mistakes will be made, both by myself and the members of the raid. Sometimes our allies will fuck up and create problems for us. Thursday nights are a safe environment for learning, fun and hopefully some great combat. Don't be afraid if you aren't quite sure how to fight, or aren't a delphinad celestial geared pro. I won't be tolerating other members putting each other down or demeaning others for inexperience, mistakes or bad luck. So with that said, add Thursdays to your calendar and lets start making our allies fear the NNG flag!
