    Rough Draft.

I see some things I can correct. I think it's a good start though. Thoughts?

Ooh, Fancy. I will defer to Jaamaw on this since the PS2 outfit is his mastertape. I like the looks of it though.

It's becoming apparent, even with my lack of PS2 expertise that our size is going to become unmanageable unless we start putting people into specific roles.

Have to have specific roles for OPS.

It's hard to lead a proper offensive telling people to GET a AMS for example. No one gets it or you get 6 people getting one.

If we are going to Lockdown Indar we need a structure like this as well to compete with other factions outfits who will be equally organized.

Higher forms of command structure are imminent, we will start forming basic armored and basic aerial groups by the start of next week.

My recommendation would be to have stickied threads for each group and to list those participating in those groups within them.

I have a reason for So many Higher command. I am sure Jaamaw can tell you leading several squads and keeping track of everyone is hard enough. Imagine multiple, platoons.

The actuals will keep planning and revising tactics from sitreps from platoon leaders. Here is an example of mic chatter.
    Platoon Infantry leader.
    "PIL to actual"
    Go ahead PIL.

PIL- "We have heavy armor moving in Requesting Broken Arrow to Grind X,Y light AA."
    Actual-" copy PIL"

    Actual to Air cav.

    Air cav "Go"

Actual- We need a broken Arrow at grid x,Y.
    Air Cav- "copY'

    Actual to EXP Pil.
    "Go"
actual Broken arrow at grid x,y.
    Roger.

Actual- sit tight PIL ,we have AIRcav and Spec ops incoming 5 mikes.
    PIL- Copy sitting tight.

AIR cav and spec ops arrive decimating the enemy armor Column with about 30+ liberators and Galaxy gunships.

    Just an example,

The Platoon and squad leaders will be responsible for knowing who's good at what, Actuals don't need to know that as much.

So big burdens fall on platoon leaders and squad leaders in this structure. However doesn't mean actual's can't participate and lead battles.

I like this idea, and we could use Teamspeak (or whoever is a Squad and Platoon Leader) to give information to the other Leaders so they can give information to their Platoon in a less complicated manner (ie, people not hearing insane amounts of chatter).

I like it, especially if the leaders of each division are in charge of training those people.

I do think more structure would be good, but splitting people into "aerial" and "armor" divisions seems too restrictive. Especially with sundies being available from flash terminals, I think reacting quickly to situations and being flexible/versatile is the best way to play, and I think splitting divisions like that might be a little detrimental to that.

Individual specialization and having a variety of specializations within the outfit is great obviously, but having somebody think "I don't want to pull a mag/HA/engy/whatever! I'm in the air division!" is not.
