Ban appeal . second try

I asked for a review of myself being banned a fews months ago on your BF3 server,
and it seemed like you guys were looking for the one that did the ban or something...
can't find the thread of it anymore, new forums? no archives ?

Anyway, i would like to get my ban lifted up as it was not justified
i am a fair player , never cheated any games, never dropped a single plane on anybody
( i had it done on me a more than a few times on ur server :p )

I was banned for baserape
and it was called by someone who had left the base and came back in
( i killed him there )
and then he spawned again and attacked me from the base, and i killed him again i believe
( now it is getting old.. not too sure exactly.. was in november i believe..on Kharg large conquest )


Neway you are one of the server with alot of players left on regular BF3 hardcore
i am a good player ( certainly not a n00b... but i do enjoy pwning the noobs still :p )
and i believe i could bring some good gameplay to the game

also i never really deserved the ban

so please this time, do something about it because you seem to be a large involved group
and bans need to be taken seriously ( when applied and when reviewed )

No name was a attached to the ban, so I went ahead and removed it. Thanks for the stopping by and enjoy the server!

 

It was explained to me once that the only way for a ban to be logged without the name of an admin that did the banning is when the server itself applies the ban, and so far as I know, that only happened in an older incarnation of our chat filter (where it now bans for 1 round, it used to perma ban). The chat filter bans for comments of a racist or bigotry nature. now, I may be wrong about that, but if I'm not, this dose not match the above story.

Also, we do not delete ban appeal threads, and I do not recall seeing one from you during our brief stint on the other forums we used.

Our baserape rule dose not apply to those that shoot out of the deploy, nor those that leave it and return to repair. If in truth your ban was for as you say, it was clearly in the wrong.

But either way, as Orestes said, the ban has been lifted and your slate now clean. Please enjoy the server, and read/follow the in game !rules.

I never lie . It was as i described, or very similar ( as i said..it was in october/november..so i don't recall it perfectly )
I have never shoot at anyone in their base once in this game ..except for this one ,
and i also thought it was ok to shoot back if i was shot at from there
( i do recall the guy jumping and spining while he was "calling" for baserape before he shot me from his base on his secon try,
he then got nailed HS and went crazy-0 ) ahha

Neway, good to see you guys handle this pretty fast and give fair chance to people asking for an appeal
( i've read a few other appeal threads just for fun!! )

So i will try my best to follow the rules on your server, but i will still try to kick ur ARSES when i see you guys online ok ??


Is teabagging allowed on ur server? cause i really like to dip it ... ueh ok
