It's funny how a free mod for the Valve Source engine set the bar so high as far as enjoyment in modern day shooters. FREE. Big budget games set the hype bar so high it's almost impossible to reach. When a free game comes along developed by two guys in a basement expectations are low, and it ends up blowing people out of the water. Perhaps our enjoyment or dissapointment in today's games has little to do with their actual quality but rather the invested hype we splurged months and months in advance. Sort of like reverse psychology or something... =-COFEE
