    I dunno about the F keys, though that'd be handy.

    From the PG DN window, however - you can click the "X" to the right of someone's name to kick them out.

    Probably the best explanation I've heard so far.

    The game cancels the standard vector when jumping out of a galaxy, using the movement keys screws the system since you'll create a different vector than standard(which obviously isn't cancelled).
    EDIT: @ Sphinx, the incoming bullets you took probably 'pushed' you a little, creating a new vector.
