What/how is air combat going to change? What would reset the whole thing?

 

I'm just annoyed by the max thing. Yes it is a bit op but when we pull ours without it we get our shit kicked because we are weak compared to te others. A mercy max or a scat max can beat any vs max head to head when they should be able to kill eachother in the same amount of time. That never happens though and most can barely get the other max past the first 25% before we die. He is looking at the stats and not noticing that there are massive crashes now giving higher kdr's not because of anything else but the massive amount of lasers going crazy.

Shit like this is the main reason why I don't like him...

 

Funnily enough when you look at the stats apparently pre zoe the VS max was the best also. Not due to being good but because every VS player swiftly learns that we cannot simply face roll with it, we use it when it can turn the tide. Post Zoe the kd/r went to 3.4, from 2.8, why everyone is complaining now though is that every VS player is now using them, as opposed to 1 in 10 pre zoe.

 

My thoughts on ZOE are that it's mostly fine the way it is. It could use a slight, teeny, nerf but it should remain how it's designed be toggle-able. There are so many ways to bring down a zoe IMO. vehicle grenades anyone?

I just hope they handle the zoe nerfing with rationale and not treat it like they did with air.

this is the thing.

1. ps2 devs show they're willing to listen to feedback. this is good.
2. bugs and mistakes quickly get reported and fixed. this is also good. this is also where it starts to go to shite.
3. "OAHPEE" is now a buzzword, and anything that gets enough people moaning whining and/or bitching about, even though ITS A LITTLE bit over/underpowered, the devs get spammed and whined to about.
4. players know this, and if say, a large outfit of arsebandits, trolls, /yellkids, and idiots rally the other two empires that THIS IS BLATANTLY OP, LOOK AT THIS. AND THAT, AND OH MY GOD DID YOU SEE WHAT THAT GUY DID? WE HAVE TO FIX THIS! TO THE FORUMS, GENTS! AND LET NO ANUS GO UNHARMED! WE WILL FLOOD THE FORUMS WITH OUR ANALRAyou get the fucking point.

i was watching a guy's twitch stream yesterday, and being a br 100 he was going about in a magrider with a mate in a Saron, and they were mowing infantry down. the chat was awash with claims the Saron "was so op" and "so broken". THE FUCKING SARON. the br was using a AP to snipe infy. that's now much practice the guy had. and i was trying to explain that, skilled players will do well REGARDLESS of what you give them. pump shotguns? i can't use them. i hit nooothing. but Jaam's good with his, Vonic's good with fucking everything, and it doesn't make them OAHPEE. it makes them annoying as fuck, but is the Fury op? is c4 op? are ESF's op? once you go down the road of calling something op just because somebody somewhere is badass with it, what the fuck ISN'T op? the ps2 community needs to get their collective knickers untwisted and focus on ACTUALLY BROKEN SHIT. this has been annoying me for so long that every time i even hear the words i'm like SAY OAHPEE AGAIN. I DARE YAH, I DOUBLE DAREYAH MUTHAFUKA.

Didn't ya hear? NNG are OP, we're all being nerfed, especially Vonic, they're only letting him use the beamer and restoration kits with shield capacitor playing only as infiltrator.

 

does this mean Jaam is reduced to a cosmetic item so he can't run people over?
