I was with Friednug(pilot) and Jaamaw(main gun) last night in a lib as the tail gunner. The experience was fantastic and I was trying to take note of how Friednug handled flying his boat. We put the hurt on many poor individuals last night and it was great. I want to try flying a lib, and scythe again. I already have a decent amount of certs sunk into both of them so its not like like I'm starting off with nothing. Its just been months since I took to the skies.

What are you guys using for a lib configuration? The weapons were obvious. Tank buster, shredder and bull dog.
Do you guys use a joy stick to fly or keyboard and mouse? Do you change any key bindings off the default?
    Tell me your secrets!

On a similar note I'll be more than happy to tail gun a lib, or gun in a gal. I'm starting to relearn how to lead air targets again and am slowly getting better at pegging ESFs.

Do we still do pilot training days?

    Thanks!

I'm not the best pilot, however I can't say I'm the worst either.
My bindings are all default (except getting out of the vehicle) and I use KB+M.
For my lib I use Fire Suppression, Nanite Auto-Repair and I think the Precision Bomber Airframe, though Afterburner and Composite are great as well.
I would also be very interested in having pilot training as my flying can be far improved.

    ^ please

My Lib also needs some work but I opted for the buster on the nose and for the belly gun (Once I have enough certs... Working on my scythe right now lulz) will be dependent on who guns for me. (I'm more of a gunner though so derp). I got a bulldog for the tail, but I am considering getting Hyenas for anyone who can't use the tailgun to defend against Air. I'm also using precision bomber and nanite auto-repair as well as fire suppression (seriously that is the thing).

I use a mouse/keyboard to fly and most of my bindings are default. The only difference is that I use E for Fire Supression, C to descend and H to bail out of a vehicle. I'm also playing around with my flight sensitivity right now as well. 20 seems to be a bit too slow for me and at the default of 50, I overshoot by a lot. (I'm actually working on finding both my infantry and flight sensitivity... but my aim tends to be shit anyway)

Default settings for M&K and increased mouse sensitivity to your liking :)
Don't try flying with a joystick, it will only hurt you. M&K is better for this type of flying for sure.

So I flew a lib last night for a little when the skies were favorable to no just strait up auto die. Had my friend Sailo as the gunner and hes very noob to gunning in a lib. We did alright, took down another gun ship, a gal, a few ESFs and a two or three tanks before AA and a ESF killed us. I put my flight sensitivity up to .6 and it makes the Lib super twitchy to the point that I can aim for shit with the tank buster. Someone i the outfit told me to max flight sensitivity out, is this a good idea if its already to the point the slightest movement with the mouse jerks the lib around? My mouse has 3 built in DPI setting and I have it on its highest all the time what is already sometimes too much (hard to make fine adjustments when looking though a scope). Also got afterburners 2, omg does it help.
