I was running 21 HV solar arrays pumping nearly 12k eu/t into my mass fabs and keeping my mfsu's full. I decided I wanted to display my eu/t rate on a display panel. So I made an energy counter and hooked it up. So instead of 21 512eu packets per tick, it combined them all to one packet of almost 12k. Mass fabs do not like anything over 512eu packets. So I blew a HUGE hole in my keep....It was almost the size of a nuke.

Luckily it only destroyed my sorting facility for the incoming materials from my quarries and my scrap farm.

Does anyone know how I can set it up without blowing up my keep again?

Would have to look at it, before I could really see whats going on, for short term make servel mfsu that feed in to each other and then only have one that feeds in to the mass fab....or I could be way off.

no because then it only does packet per tick from the msfu. Mfsu's only output 512eu/t. I could do a bunch of mfsu's, one per hv array but that would get quite expensive since hv arrays are VERY expensive already.

use reverse tranformers to pull the power back down from large - small packets

Run a wire for your extreme voltage

Then put several HV transformers on it running in invert mode
Combine the output's of the transformers back into your massfabs

But the MBT's trickling down from the APU would overload the Flux Capacitor at the SCU, but you could offset that with a steady supply of banana peels and beer cans.

would the transformer do more than one 512 packet per tick then?

no which is why you need multiple transformers

that is what I thought, I am going to need one transformer for each hv array then... not exactly what I want to do.
