    It's simple, fun and easy!

But you need some steps to actually do it.

Step 1: If you have shadowplay, get stealth.
Step 2: High burst. Magic circle + meteor
Step 3: Get a buddy with the same
Step 4: Meteor the guy and after you enter into combat, stealth. Guards drop aggro.
Step 5: Steal whatever you want from the corpses.

Most people will just sit there as you cast meteor too. Hah.

This is one of a myriad of ways to kill people under a guard.

So that one abusable way out of the picture, let's talk GUARDS.

Guards come in a couple of flavours. Neutral and Alliance specific guards.
Alliance ones are stationed in alliance controlled zones but more so in cities or sections of area where reds technically shouldn't be.
Neutral guards are in any 'shared' areas. Potentially hostile zones and docks with traders.

Their behaviour is simple. When aggroed, attack the target until aggro is lost. They will never change targets, until they lose aggro against the primary target.
Neutral guards aggro when the attacked has a skill used on them within a certain radius.
Alliance guards aggro when an enemy comes within range.

They fire arrows which each does physical damage for a ton and slows the target.
Immunity will prevent guards from killing you for the duration. I don't know about bone ward or the wrestling ring.
Aggro is lost after enough distance happens between you and the guard. Keep in mind breaking LOS is kinda a big deal if you can manage it. Also guards can pull you back in, so keep that in mind.

Guards also aggro the first aggressor. If you have a tank with ability to run the hell away + immunity, you have a full 12+ seconds to murder whomever you please at the traders. They doing a swap? Can kill you, easily. And usually get away with it scott free.

They also can aggro boats. I don't know how this works yet, but rowboats are kinda durable. Or a clipper.

So keep this in mind, if you have a trade pack next to a trader and you can be attacked, you aren't safe. But also, that means they aren't either.

It's like CONCORD in EVE. They're there to punish, not protect.

It's more like an incompetent CONCORD which you can walk up to, hit in the face and then run away laughing and they'll just shake their fist at you.
