but I'll agree that things are a bit hard to keep up with and the current system could be streamlined & orginized. with the amount of growth NNG has seen, perhaps a better system could be set up?

I am having a blast playing PS2, but see a real need for teamwork for an individual to succeed at this game.​

I own a small business with 4 employees that is based at my home (livestock farming). I have also 20 years experience as a commercial pilot.
Both occupations have required teamwork, the ability to follow orders and to be able to give orders.​

What other games are you playing?:

A little MineCraft - the monsters are pretty predictable though. The rest of the game is like going to work...​

What brings you to NNG?:

NNG gets stuff DONE in PS2. While I can have fun poking around with my friends (learning what works and what doesn't in a Liberator, for example) - PS2 is designed with group tactics in mind - and it's great to find a group that gets that.​

What can you bring to the NNG?:

Based on the examples below this text box, I'm a little bit of everything. I enjoy working co-operatively. I'd like to learn more strategies and tactics (I'm the default commander for my friends, and have even fooled a few squads into thinking I know what I'm doing) and I've administered things from my own TS3 server (which I'd happily offer up as a backup server) to websites, forums, and more.

I'm fairly mediocre at actually killing other players, but then I lean toward support roles for a reason.​

What other games are you playing?:

My tastes can be pretty capricous. Currently Planetside 2 gets about 90% of my love, though I pop into League of Legends from time to time as well. Or my Steam libray which is ever-growing, even as it largely collects dust.​

How did you find NNG?:

I had the simple good fortune to land in a platoon with Jaamaw one night, and friended him after being amazed at the cohesiveness he inspires. Ever since I try to get into his squad/platoon whenever possible. As I've listened in, I've learned that other NNG players are largely well behaved, non-greifing, and good team players - which is what a game like PS2 needs.​

Since I was 4 or 5 years old. Started on the Atari 2600. Moved on to the NES and Sega Genesis. Then I got in to PC gaming. I have a Playstation 2, but I never touch it. I haven't owned any other gaming consoles.​

I was playing Planetside 2 with a friend, Askori, and he told me he was friends with a few guys in an outfit that worked together. It sounded good to me so I found and joined an NNG squad. I had a good time so I came back tonight. I found the Teamspeak and played for about two hours with a large group of guys. The teamwork and maturity made me come here to fill out an application. That and reading your server rules they're very close to my old BF2142 clan's server rules.​

What can you bring to the NNG?:

I play for teamwork. I have the most fun when I'm in a squad/platoon that is moving together and taking objectives. I used to run a competitive BF2142 clan. I have command experience. I'm not sure though that in PS2 I want to step into a command role. Still learning the maps and such. I'm having fun being part of a squad more than running one. I could head a squad under a platoon leader though. Working with the platoon leader to coordinate and take objectives. I've adminned many different servers and voice programs. I'm a no drama person and I admin with no drama rules. I have no time for nonsense.​

What other games are you playing?:

I play a ton of games. The only other multiplayer game I play right now is LoL, but that is very casual. I play a variety of single player games. I like games that provide me with the freedom to accomplish tasks on my own rather than being railroaded. As much as I like tactical multiplayer FPS I hate the modern crop of single player FPS.​

Been in a couple of your pushes in PS2 and enjoyed it. I feel like there's a lot I can learn from an organized team that I can't learn by noobing it on my own (you guys seem very organized, serious, and knowledgeable about the game). Also have another friend (Wolfstar76) who is interested in you guys and would love to be in the same outfit.​

What can you bring to the NNG?:

I can be a good team player and am genuinely interested in getting better at the game. I can take constructive criticism and instruction without getting defensive. I'd have to say that my big weakness is running around in a corridor and shooting dudes, but I'm pretty decent with the rocket launcher taking out air targets so far.​
