So we've been bouncing around from game to game recently, no problems with that. But the NNG I know and love was a name to be respected and feared in a game. I hear you BF4 guys are putting in good work. But let's talk about competitive. NNG was competitive in planetside 2, our name still holds a lot of sway in the community. I know SeansBacon, gregfox and Sith are playing a lot of CS:GO and training hard. MWO, where did you guys go? Anyways, I found this tonight. They already have paying tournaments for it being a game that's in alpha. Heavy Gear looks awesome to me. I love mechs, I love being competitive. With it being such a fresh game, I think we can make a lasting impression on it. The only problem is the buy-in for the alpha, which isn't cheap by standards. But, those tournament rewards sound pretty nice. Obviously, we wouldn't be able to pull off getting into this one. But there will be another. I'm super interested and I'm looking for more who are committed to trying this out. If you're not serious, don't post here. I don't like getting my hopes up for something to have it fizzle out due to the interested parties just not showing. www.heavygear.com Think about it.
It is. Heavy Gear is a tabletop game kinda like Battletech. Back in the day, when Activision made the Mechwarrior PC games they were making Mechwarrior 3, but lost the rights to make Battletech games, so they remade it into Heavy Gear. It was an alright game.
Competitive holds little interest for me. Don't get me wrong, it's great to go into a BF4 server with our crew and watch our guys stomp around. I am looking forward to Batlefront but not so much for comepitetion. But you guys have a great time and good luck TAKING OVER THE HEAVY GEAR WORLD!!!
