    Then if you turned off v-sync and smoothing, your rig itself cant pass 60

    There's a frame rate cap in the useroptions.ini file. It defaulted to 60 for me, you can uncap it by putting it to -1.
    I accidentally set it to 0 once. It crashed before the first load screen.

    Figured it out, EVGA precision x had framerate target of 60. Disabled that and getting max of 80-90 at warpgate, now I'm gonna see what I get elsewhere

    edit: getting same fps as when I had ultra textures, and medium everything else, 25-30 in big fights. When I run those settings now I get 40-60 in big fights.
