This is to clear up what the ranks within the outfit ingame I enjoy me a great game of Starcraft so the ranks will be Protoss themed. The in game outfit ranks are as follows:

    Rank 1: Zealot
-Initial rank, recruit to the in-game outfit

    Rank 2: Praetor
-Signed up on site and awaiting membership and/or regular NNG outfit player
    -Gets in TS

    Rank 3: Judicator
-NNG member to the forums and community
    -PS2 SL or PL

    Rank 4: Executor
    -Officer

    Rank 5: High Templar

I hope down the line developers let us increase the ranks to about ten so we can make special ranks for lets say ultra casual (Trainee) members and guest NNG members for events.

    P.S. subdivision leader sounds fun.

Yes, have been all along. If you noticed, this was put up to clear up confusion about the ranks in game.

Huh I never noticed it was Protoss based. Course I was expecting probe to be in there. =p

It is a decent start to have at the beginning. Down the line though will need more ranks if we want to be really organized.

With subdivisions I would think having either a separate ranking (as decided by Jaamaw and/or subdivision leader) or the subdivision ranks apart of the main ranking.

One plus of having it in the main ranking is would be easy to see if people are in the right places and who to turn to within the subdivisions for newer people. Can be confusing though with a lot of ranks and saying which rank is at which level compared to another.

Nice, I had a feeling they were Protoss based, especially after that night we were running at the TR bases yelling "MY LIFE FOR AIUR!" in /y chat, and something about requiring additional Pylons....

Also, if I may suggest naming schemes (and should they let you grant additional ranks), people under Spec Ops should be given a rank called Probe, while their leaders are...

    Dark Templar.

I believe this needs a tweak and sticky as well.
Far too often those in ranks that should be forming and running platoons choose to pass the buck. If you want to be a leader, be active, supportive, and test the waters out, while also being respectful of those under your command and fellow officers that are giving you advice.
Those that consistently pass the buck may want to realize that those that look up to you (lower ranked members) are learning by watching and may thus think this is a normal and acceptable practice (which it isn't).

Granted this has only been beta and a good time to test out certs and all that, but leadership abilities can always be developed, comms discipline always controlled, and opposing factions swiftly killed in an organized fashion.
