SOE are migrating everyone in EU back to SOE from ProSieben. This requires you to setup a new SOE profile. For anyone who downloaded PTS they will remember that you had two options to download the setup file. One for ProSieben and one for SOE. You will now have to download the SOE setup and start the setup until it downloads the LaunchPad for SOE accounts. You can then copy and paste the LaunchPad files into your PTS folder and you can now login to your SOE account on PTS and still have your chars. As for live, at the moment I can log into both accounts but the SOE one is blank and your chars are still on your ProSieben account. The migration should happen over the next while.
