Hello everybody,

I am making this post to introduce myself to new members and a place for new members to introduce themselves. Also to further recognize that I will be leading up the Planetside 2 division of NNG with great amounts of optimism, integrity and enthusiasm! I would also like to also recognize ALL of the administration and staff here at NNG for being as amazing as they are and allowing this community to become what it is today.

Most of what I am going to say from now on has already been stated in other posts; however not within the Planetside forum, which I believe this information should belong.

Officially the game is in beta phases, meaning there is limited content, playtime, frequent changes and balancing. Hundreds if not thousands of people have beta access through three various means:

1) Beta access invite from Sony. (luckkyyyyyy!)
2)Alpha-Squad: http://www.planetside2.com/alpha-squad
3)People who purchase alpha squad are given an extra beta key to invite a friend... this is the third method.

For those who do have access to the game, I have had access for about a month now and have become fairly familiar with the game (and its quarks!). My main character, Jaamaw, is fighting for the Vanu Sovereignty on the server Leda (US East). I have started a NNG outfit which all current members are free to join upon friend request (so I am not forever alone). New members will have to join just as did everyone else to keep things fair (obviously).

I hope to see the most of you on the vast continents of Auraxis!

Vanu it is I guess. I was tinkering around in one of the servers the other day. I still have so much to learn. Haven't been able to play for a couple days. Been stuck in nonstop meetings. When I'm free'd up I'll get back at it!

 

There definitely is a learning curve, I'm pretty sure I went my first week without killing anything other than myself XD

I joined up last night around the time of the big armor push. Just wanted to hop on the forums and say hi. I am very excited to kick ass with everyone!

 

Whats up Jaamaw. Medic reporting for duty!. Nice to see there is more to this outfit I joined besides a kick ass platoon leader.
