That's right! We did. One squad, in a four-squad full platoon, took the entire southeast of the continent, and we started at our warpgate! The rest of the platoon, a group of people mostly made up of our in-game buddy outfit Band of Bros, held the north, but not before we got it for them. We, literally, took and defended EVERY POINT on Esamir...We are AWESOME! The NC couldn't stop us. The TR couldn't overcome us. Wanna know the best part? WE ONLY HAD 17% POPULATION!!! We were outnumbered 2/1 and in the course of 4-5 hours we took an entire continent, held it, and then kicked some ass at the other continent. I said it earlier to all who were with us, but I am proud, and happy you all have joined this outfit. It's getting to be quite evident that we are a cut above the rest. Even organized and experienced outfits do not compete with our teamwork, maturity, and level of communication...not to mention we are all excellent shots =) I may find it difficult to keep thinking up descriptive ways to express how awesome we are lol. Keep this up! As a new outfit, what better way to make waves than by showing up EVERYONE...ALL THE TIME! I can't believe it, but we seem to be a leading outfit currently, and with our pop so low...that's intense. I will continue to stay active in this, as I hope you all do as well. I look forward to another night of success with you all, and I know it will come soon. Also...I may or may not have gotten footage of this nights excursion....I'll let you know once it's edited! =) FOR THE VS! P.S. I strongly encourage anyone who sees this to sign up here on the website. Start using TS. I do not like the in-game chat...and although it will be necessary at times, I want to be able to hear my outfit members better than anyone else in game. I have already seen a couple of you in there...and would like to see more of you. Good Job!
Haxard I love these posts that you do!! Keep them coming. Keeps me in the loop as to what is going on in the PS2 world. I'd like to think of a way to get these displayed more prominently on the website. Maybe in the News section so that they end up in the homepage / portal feed. Thoughts anyone?
Thank you Ghost. As it turns out, I like doing them! I'll keep them coming after every outing....kinda like a mission debriefing. They'll include major accomplishments, constructive suggestions, and in the future, any upcoming events and what not. For now there will continue to be a small section for new recruits, but after a discussion with Jaamaw we've decided to shy away from mass recruitment. The outfit in-game will be one thing, and membership here will be another. I will still encourage people to apply for membership, but I'd like to keep our skill level and accomplishments thus far as the bar to reach for. And higher. That being said, you don't have to be the best to join... You just have to be NoNonsense =)
