    A cool article explaining how the economy is set up, how plans get their ranks, how repair costs are figured & so on. While I dont agree with everything said, it's nice to see how they rationalize how they set things up.

    How PLANS get their ranks, eh? Anyway, just looking for a place to insert this .gif. Interesting article though, was wondering about some of their justifications.
