It also really depends on if you like to palm your mouse or claw it.

If I'm not too late I'd like to make a lesser know suggestion. The Inferno by Cooler Master's Storm division.

    This thing is no joke.

Onboard is the sentinal program. It stays with the mouse you never install software on your computer again.
ONBOARD SENTINEL-X 128KB The Sentinel-X microprocessor stores up to 3 different game profiles. The stored profiles can retain macros, scripts, and other customizations so you can play on any PC system without the need of additional software.

RAPID FIRE TACTICAL KEY A pure assault apparatus – conveniently placed next to the left mouse button, this tactical key is one click away, giving you the edge to frag your opponents and stay alive in the most intense situations.

I bought mine on sale for around 55.00 USD. I see them on ebay and the likes for comparable prices as well. I promise no part of you will be dissapointed. Watch the newegg video

Why does it not look like any of these, or any one makes mice with ring finger buttons anymore? Guess I'll just have to deal with it. Some good suggestions none the less.

mine has a ring button really, my knife is set up for my hot button next to right click. When my ring finger comes down on the button someone's gettin shanked!

My other one (index side) switches to pistol and fires it. I beat people on the draw sooo much.

    Holy crap...that's brilliant.

If this thread is still worthwhile, I'll throw out the Logitech G9X for any big-handed folks out there. It has this almost sand-papery feel to it. The fact that it automatically senses which game I'm playing and adjusts itself accordingly is a nice bonus. It has on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment too, but I almost never find myself using it since PS2 allows so many sensitivity settings for different situations.
