issue with the ALERT button

I show Alerts but when I go to retrieve them it not only says there are no alerts but shows a blank history as well .

Is this warframe?

Have you tried logging out and back in again? Sometimes that it needed to refresh the game for new alerts.
Also I think it might play the alert sound for all alerts but if you haven't unlocked the map it won't let you play it.

Try just clicking the alert button. I just had that happen to me so I just went to the actual menu

 

Haven't been able to recreate this issue. What browser, what OS, etc.?

 

Ghost after I did some machine maintenance....i.e. clearing my cache and other such disk management I now have the alert button working on my end. It most likely was a cache issue on my end. Though I tried this once and it did nothing , this time seems to have fixed the problem.
