Proposal Daily OPS Command.

I'm interested in being a squad leader, The other night Midnight and I did really well with him on platoon lead and me leading alpha. Fact is I'm pretty bad at platoon lead, so if you need a squad lead i'm always up for the task. What's key is that the platoon lead must delegate squads, and then squad leads come up with how to get the job done. Also we must kick out players that don't follow orders.

Here's what i'm thinking and let me know if i'm off base.
