Proposed custom decal, plz suport

Ok... so I made a new thread. But it's not showig up right away, because there is a new system where ideas need to be approved by a moderator before the thread goes live. So, here is what I said:

In late June, I made a thread on the proposed topic of Custom Squadron Decals. But that thread seems to have been deleted. I do see that this section of the forums have changed a bit, and that may have had something to do with it. So I will make a new thread on it here for community feedback.

Custom Squadron Decals:

What I mean by this is to have an option for a Squadron Leader to upload a custom image that only members of the squadron can use as a decal on their plane.

Allowing this would enable members of a squadron to have a unique was to show pride in the squad they have joined.

I would be very happy if something like this could be implemented for free. There is already a fee for creating a squadron, and this could be added as a future for squadrons to gain more value for the existing fee. BUT, I would be very willing to pay a small fee to 'upgrade' my squadron to have this feture avalible. I understand that this is a free to play game, and thus there must be methods to raise money in place to further dvelopment and pay for resources such a servers, marketing, and so on. It cost $14USD to set the squadron up. That is a fair price. Perhaps, for squadrons that with to have custom decals, they could upgrade for another $4USD to $6USD. I would pay it in a heartbeat, and I'm sure most others would as well.

One possible problem faced would be abuse. This can be handles a few ways.

One idea would be that is a squadron leader uploads an offensive decal (such as nudity, 'adult' words, or things of a racist or biggot nature), they would lose the abillity to upload images in the future, will have their current image deleted, and would not get a refund for the squadron 'upgrad' (if a fee is implemented).

Another idea would be to have all proposed uploads moderated and approved before being implemented into the game. I think this method would work best, because there is zero chance for any abusive images to make it into the game.

Now, I'm not a nuts & bolts kind of guy, so I dont know exactly how a system like this would have to be constructed in order to be implemented. But in my head, this is how I would see it playing out:

Squadron leader upgrades to have accsess to upload.
He/she selects an image that meets all requierments (width/height, file size, allowable content), and uploads it.
The image is approved or denied by a moderator.
The approved image goes into a pool of approved images.
Every few days there is a small patch in the launcher that imports all approved images to the game (that is, if the images need to be client side).
Once patched in, members of the squadron can then select and use the image on thier planes.
