Hell, even at a ton of airsoft events. AT-4's are one-time use, anyway. Besides, who cares if you have a launcher, or a cannon, or a mortar - it's the rounds for them that are regulated as hell.
Isn't that the laser guided RPG from BC2? That thing was my JAM. I could bust up choppers halfway across Heavy Metal and then never even heard the alarm that I was coming! lol
I couldn't hit anything with that damn launcher, and it didn't help that I would watch YT videos with people shooting choppers like they were 3 feet away
The key is to take your eye off the crosshair, the orange aiming retical and focus SOLELY on the rocket itself. Someone explained that to me once after he annihilated a server with his AT4. It took me so long to "get it", but after that I became really awesome with it too. I could take out full speed Blackhawks on Heavy Metal halfway across the map. So fun!!!
That explains a lot actually. From the videos it looks like they just shoot and then jerk the crosshairs past the chopper
It makes me miss BC2. It was so much more fun than BF3. The AT4 required actual talent. Now we have these point and click stingers and iglads. It's fucking LAME. I hope DICE gives us something similar to the AT4 in BF4.
