One trick i find effective is consistently assigning the same group of people the same role/goal. When assaulting a base with multiple cap points, Alpha squad goes for point A, Bravo to B, Charlie to C, Delta to A. It also solves the problem of keeping the appropriate number of people on the cap points. The Squad Objectives cert makes this even easier, each SL just has to mark it each time.

I'm starting to lean more toward making sure if squad leaders have spawn beacons. If they don't, I'll demote them to make room for another squad leader that does have them. It makes a huge difference when the squad leader gets to a hard to get to location and then drops the beacon. Seeing 5-10 drop pods coming down at once is a sight and instant Calvary as well.

that' is a general guideline but in combat you tend to be where you are. When there is time to choose to help cap this works better, but when a point is in need of troops to kill, it just happens as it happens. BUT squad leaders need the cert to target those points and that gives their mates at a glance as to which point they should be attacking or defending.
