    I wouldn't be surprised if SOE has just an area of their "Hackusation Department" of their reporting system that has specifically set up a keyword flag of the word "Voinc" and anytime the word comes up the report is immediately removed and deleted.

    They probably have something like that for a lot of players. Every once in a while, they'll actually check it. For the rest, auto-remove.
